 韓国のヤフーコリア5月6日号に、村田が5月5日付で韓国の高齢者団体KARP(Korean Association of Retired Persons)のアドバイザーに任命されたとのニュースが掲載されました。
KARPは有名な米国AARPを参考に米国滞在17年の会長が1996年に設立した高齢者団体です。これまで任命されていたアドバイザーは、元AARPプレジデントのTess Canja氏、 James Parkel氏などで、日本人がアドバイザーに任命されるのは初めてです。
